BTM offers a wide range of hand held units which are ideal for small to medium production runs and are designed to accommodate a wide range of part configurations. Our hand held units are designed for economy and function and are categorized as self-contained, air/oil booster operated and hydraulically operated. In addition to the standard units shown below, BTM will also modify these units or create special units.

Self-Contained Units

Air/Oil Booster Units
	Lit-L-Loc Clinches a maximum total thickness of 2mm mild steel. Operates with an Air/Oil Booster. Reversible tooling (punch and die can be swapped to form the "button" on either side of the part.) Videoyu izlemek için tıklayınız.

	Bayonet Clinches a maximum total thickness of 3mm mild steel. Operates with an Air/Oil Booster. Reversible Tooling. (Punch and die can be swapped to form the "button" on either side of the part). Unit can be opened to 37.8 mm [1.50"] to clear a part flange. Videoyu izlemek için tıklayınız.

	Adaptable Bayonet Clinches a maximum total thickness of 3mm mild steel. Operates with an Air/Oil Booster. Reversible Tooling. (Punch and die can be swapped to form the "button" on either side of the part). Unit can be opened to 37.8 mm [1.50"] to clear a part flange. Die height and throat depth specified by customer. Hydraulic Units
	7006 Clinches a maximum total thickness of 4mm mild steel. Requires a Hydraulic Pump (BTM HydroPak I Unit). Different Tool Holder Styles Available. Optional Gimbal Mount to ease positioning and increase flexibility when clinching hard-to-reach locations on a part. Videoyu izlemek için tıklayınız.

	Fully Adaptable Clinches a maximum total thickness of 4mm mild steel. Requires a Hydraulic Pump - (BTM HydroPak II Unit). A high degree of flexibility and power - stroke, force and throat depth for your application. A customized solution for complicated joining locations.
