Handhebelpresse (HK500 - HK2500)
Hand lever presses of the series HK are suitable for pressing, embossing, riveting and punching. The spindle guiding has been hardened and grinded. An optimum pressure capacity is reached by the long spindle guiding. The table has-slot according to DIN 650.

All presses have a vertical adjustment in order to adjust the strongest point of pressure exactly to the required height. The return of the hand lever ensues via spring tension.

Fedderschlagpresse (FP11 - FP25)
Spring impact presses reach with minimum power input comparatively strong impact effects. The impact power of the press is infinitely adjustable. A great tolerance range of the parts to be treated can be by-passed, as the power can be used effectively over the whole stroke length. In addition to that, the working height of the press can be adjusted over wide ranges (long column). The adaptation of the tools ensues by means of collets. The table has two T-slots.

The presses are also available as pneumatic design. On same a pneumatic cylinder releases the stroke movement and this; the spring tension is exceeded up to the impact release. The hand lever is only mounted, in this case, for setting-up the machine.

Pneumatik - Pressen (PND300 - PND1300)
Presses of the series PND work with double-acting cylinders. Pressure from 300 to 1300 kp are available. The spindles are hardened and grinded. The table of the press has a T-slot according to DIN 650. All types have an adjustable working height with screw. The working height can be quickly adjusted by means of the spindle. Additionally the piston rod has a clamping setting ring. This, stroke may be limeted and fine adjustment can be made. The piston rod of the cylinder is locked against torsion.

Pneumatik - Pressen (PND10 - PND60)
Pneumatik toggle plate presses of the series PNK with pressure capacities from 10 kN up to 60 kN. The spindles and toggle levers of this press are also hardened and grinded. By transmission ratio of the toggle lever are reached relative high pressures with small cylinder diameters. As a result, the air required can be reduced considerably in comparison with pressure capacities generated only by pneumatics. The spindle is locked against torsion and the stroke can be limited. Indeed, the pressure is only reached with toggle lever to be drawn out. The working height canbe adjusted by means of a screw. The table of the press has slots according to DIN 650.

Pragepresse (CP518)
Low-energy quick stroke operated by air, linear power run in all stroke sections, automatic power stroke in every positioning of the quick stroke after putting on the workpiece, air reductions as against normal compressed air presses up to 90%, numbers of stroke up to 160 strokes/min, oil/air separation, long-live sealings, big oil supply for long refilling intervalves, careful treatment of the tool and noise reduction by little impact forces.

The presses with hydraulic cylinders are not listed. Regarding the pressure capacity and the stroke lenght no restrictions in the design exist for these types. Cylinders according to the requirement may be used.

Pragepresse in 2 - Saulen - Standerausführung (SP517)
Column presses of type SP 517 are supplied in two-column or four-column design.
A robust panel construction with welded stiffenings ensures a minimum bend of the press. The pressure input is ensued by two or four colums. This design can be easely modified according to the application, as on the size are hardly imposed limits. With this press you can also choose between pneumo-hydraluic and hydraulik compression cylinder.

As standart equipment of the pneumo-hydraulic press we deliver maintance unit with pressure reducer, lubricator, filter, foot starting and control valve.

Abrollpragemaschinen (AM40 / 73H / 73EL / 76EL)
Rolling embossing machines for embossing of round materials. Hollow and solid works can be embossed. The pressure necessary for embossing can be small according to the penetration depth. As a result, embossing into relative thin-walled tubes are also possible without deformation. The machine to be made of solid castings has a table with flexible springs for tolerance adjusting and for tool protection. Bogies mounted on the table are used for holding-up and for adaption of parts.
The embossing tool is mounted into an embossing slide and runs with every embossing horizontally across the workpiece. The adaptation of the diameters of parts and the depth of embossing are adjusted via working table with adjustable height. Using suitable tools with these machines flat materials can also be embossed.
With cylindrical parts type holders with single-block types or numbering embossing mechanisms can be used as tools. With flat parts can be used embossing rolls or barrel-shaped rolling embossing mechanisms.
The bogies serving as holding-up are delivered with rigid design for different diameters of parts. With diameters from 20mm can be utelized an adjustable equipment. Special-purpose adaptors with needle bearing rolling pins for thin-walled hollow parts are available, too.

AM40
Small hand rolling machine with adjustable passage height on the embossing head. According to the used embossing tool only suitable for little diameters of workpiece.

AM73H
Manually operated rolling machine with solid castings. Passage of work piece approx. 120mm (with application of type holders as embossing tool). The adoption of the tools is made by means of quick-change equipment.

AM73EL
Same size as the design AM 73 H, but with embossing slide operated by motor.

AM76EL
Biggest machine with max. 500mm distance between tables and embossing slide. Slide driving by motor.
As standard equipment of electric machines we supply a control unit with functions for adjustment, single-continuous stroke and two-hand release.
